Cherry Pie Filling
2 1/2 - 3 lbs of cherries - or about 8 cups
1 1/4 C sugar
4 TBS starch
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp almond extract
Mix together, boil until thick. Ladle into pie crust or jars.
